The Cape Companies
The Cape Companies is a private real estate investment and development firm that develops, owns, and operates residential real estate in select markets throughout the United States. We seek to make a positive impact on the communities in which we invest by providing thoughtfully designed housing that enhances the living experience for our residents and compliments the immediate surrounding built environment.
Meet Reid
As a Development and Acquisition Associate at The Cape Companies, Reid is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities, conducting market research, helping oversee the firm's existing assets, and assisting with project execution from land acquisition through the full development lifecycle. Prior to joining The Cape Companies, Reid interned at Manning & Napier, a global asset management firm, where he built financial models, analyzed public equities, and presented investment recommendations to senior analysts and portfolio managers. Reid was born and raised in Singapore and has spent summers on Cape Cod, Massachusetts for over 20 years. Reid holds a BS in Finance and a BA in Economics from Chapman University.
