By leveraging the construction expertise of our affiliated for-sale homebuilding company, Cape Residential, we're able to control costs, streamline execution, and deliver high-quality rental homes at an attainable price point.

The Cape Companies acquires raw land through our affiliate, Cape Land Development, which manages the entitlement and horizontal development process and delivers build-ready lots to our homebuilding platform, Cape Residential. This structure gives us control over site design, infrastructure timing, and overall development costs while ensuring a consistent pipeline of lots for our vertical operations.
