The Cape Companies
The Cape Companies is a private real estate investment and development firm that develops, owns, and operates residential real estate in select markets throughout the United States. We seek to make a positive impact on the communities in which we invest by providing thoughtfully designed housing that enhances the living experience for our residents and compliments the immediate surrounding built environment.
Meet Jacob
As Co-Founder and Principal of The Cape Companies, Jacob is responsible for investment underwriting and structuring, due diligence, asset management, and the firm's legal and financial strategies. He is also a Managing Partner at Cape Residential, an affiliated homebuilder focused on delivering entry-level homes for sale throughout North Carolina.
Prior to The Cape Companies, Jacob was an Asset Manager & Portfolio Analyst at Brixton Capital, a Solana Beach-based family office focused on value-add commercial real estate. Working directly with the firm's executive team, he executed property-level business plans, developed tenant-specific legal defenses, and underwrote multiple mall redevelopment projects.
Jacob was born and raised on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. He earned a BS in Management with concentrations in Economics and Entrepreneurship from Boston College.
