Prior to joining The Cape Companies, Reid completed several internships, most recently with Manning & Napier, a global asset management firm, where he developed financial models, analyzed public equities, and presented investment ideas to senior analysts and portfolio managers. Additionally, Reid has prior entrepreneurial experience with real estate investing, having launched a small fund with a partner to pursue multifamily acquisitions in the Southeast.

Reid was born and raised in Singapore and has spent summers on Cape Cod, Massachusetts for over 20 years. He enjoys skiing, exercising, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Reid holds a BS in Finance and a BA in Economics from Chapman University.
