Megansett Crossing is a Chapter 40B Affordable Housing development in the historic Megansett neighborhood of Falmouth, Massachusetts. The development consists of five duplex, townhome-style buildings for a total of 10 units. All units are income restricted at 80%-100% of the area median income for Barnstable County, in perpetuity. The buildings meet Energy Star for Homes requirements and were designed by award-winning architect Christopher (Kit) Wise. The site is served by the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority Bourne Line, which provides direct bus service to Mashpee Commons, where residents can transfer to routes serving other parts of Cape Cod.
