Megansett Crossing is a Chapter 40B Affordable Housing development in the historic Megansett neighborhood of Falmouth, Massachusetts. The development consists of five duplex, townhome-style buildings for a total of 10 units. All units are income restricted at 80%-100% of the area median income for Barnstable County, in perpetuity. The buildings meet Energy Star for Homes requirements and are designed by award winning architect Christopher (Kit) Wise. Cape Cod Regional Transit Bourne Line serves this site, and provides direct bus service to Mashpee Commons shopping center where residents can then take transfer buses to any other part of Cape Cod.
