We identify opportunities in our target markets that match our investment strategy, and take our projects from raw land to lease-ready units. Our communities consist of high-quality homes with Class A amenity spaces.
Multi-Family Residential: The Cape Companies acquires and develops
market-rate Multi-Family real estate along the East Coast, and develops affordable Multi-Family real estate in Massachusetts. We are guided by our investment strategy of seeking supply constrained markets for new developments, however we acquire existing assets opportunistically on a deal by deal basis. The Cape Companies’ ability to navigate various local and state programs within Massachusetts allows us to compile attractive capital stacks that create both compelling investment opportunities and high-quality affordable housing options in markets that have a significant need.
